Miss Universe Philippines 2024 Chelsea Manalo represents the country at the Miss Universe 2024 coronation night to be held at Arena CDMX in Mexico City, Sunday, November 17, 10 am, Philippine time.
The 25-year-old beauty queen from Bulacan won the Philippine crown on May 22, when she bested 52 other candidates to succeed Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee. Dee finished in the top 10 of the 2023 Miss Universe competition.
“This victory is not just mine; it belongs to all of us who dared to dream and worked tirelessly to turn our dreams into reality. Para sa inyo lahat ‘to (This is for all of you),” Chelsea wrote in July, reflecting on her journey so far.
In Mexico City, where Chelsea has already completed the closed-door interview for Miss Universe 2024, she said she “walked in with a calm heart and left feeling proud.”
Chelsea is looking to become the fifth Filipina to win the Miss Universe title, following Gloria Diaz (1969), Margie Moran (1973), Pia Wurtzbach (2015), and Catriona Gray (2018).
The event will be livestreamed on the official YouTube channel of Miss Universe, and on ABS-CBN platforms channel 11, Kapamilya Channel, Metro Channel, and iWantTFC at the time previously stated.
